1. Introduction
Welcome to SkyDent. By booking an appointment or purchasing a product/service through our website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

 

2. Services Provided

SkyDent provides dental consultations, treatments, and related products as described on our website. All treatments are subject to assessment by a qualified dental professional.

 

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to make a booking or purchase through SkyDent, unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

 

4. Booking & Payment

  • Appointments can be booked online, by phone, or in person.

  • Payment may be required in full or as a deposit at the time of booking.

  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice, but confirmed bookings will not be affected.

6. Limitation of Liability

SkyDent will not be liable for any indirect or consequential losses. We are responsible only for services performed with reasonable skill and care.

We handle your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. The most recent version will always be available on our website.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Appointment Cancellations

  • Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled time: No charge, deposit (if paid) refunded in full.

  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment: Deposit will be retained, and you may be charged up to 50% of the treatment cost.

  • Failure to attend without notice (“no-show”): 100% of the treatment cost will be charged.

 

2. Product Refunds

  • Products may be returned within 14 days of purchase if unopened, unused, and in original packaging.

  • Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used dental products unless faulty.

 

3. Treatment Refunds

  • Refunds are not provided for completed treatments where services were delivered as described.

  • If you are dissatisfied, please refer to our Complaints Procedure.

 

4. Processing Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method.

Complaints Procedure

At SkyDent, we aim for the highest standards of care. If you are unhappy with any aspect of your treatment or service, please follow the steps below:

1. Informal Resolution

  • Speak to the staff member or dentist involved as soon as possible after the issue arises.

  • Many concerns can be resolved immediately.

 

2. Formal Complaint

  • If unresolved, submit a written complaint by email to [complaints@skydent.com] or by post to our clinic address.

  • Please include your full name, contact details, appointment date, and a detailed description of the issue.

 

3. Acknowledgement & Investigation

  • We will acknowledge your complaint within 3 working days.

  • A full investigation will be carried out by our management team or appointed complaints officer.

  • You will receive a written response within 15 working days.

 

4. Further Action

  • If you remain unsatisfied, you may refer the matter to the relevant dental regulatory authority or ombudsman (details provided upon request).

3rd Party Lender Information (Buyline)

If you choose to make a purchase from us using a loan, we will share your information with our lending partner, Buyline Ltd. We will only do this with your consent.
